Job Description:
Tri-Lift Inc., a prominent leader in the forklift and material
handling sector, is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to
drive sales and expand our market presence. This position is
pivotal for the growth and sustainability of our sales in
automotive-vehicles, parts, and service industries. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within
their assigned territory, focusing on achieving sales targets and
building long-lasting customer relationships. Develop and execute
strategic territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with
current customers and prospective clients in the assigned
territory. Conduct in-person visits and presentations to existing
and potential clients. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing,
sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service
groups. Analyze the territory’s market potential, track sales, and
status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs,
problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services. Keep abreast of product applications,
technical services, market conditions, competitive activities,
advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of
pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical
service areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven
ability to persuade and influence others Strong problem-solving
skills and negotiation skills Highly motivated and target driven
Experience with CRM systems Ability to create and deliver
presentations tailored to the audience needs Preferred: Certified
Sales Professional (CSP) Any training related to sales strategies
or customer relationship management
