Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Join the Alpine Legacy Group
Team Empower People. Grow Professionally. Build a Legacy. At Alpine
Legacy Group, we’re passionate about helping our clients protect
what matters most — and equally committed to helping our team
members reach their full potential. As we continue expanding into
new markets, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to
take control of their income, enjoy a healthy work-life balance,
and grow both personally and professionally. Our ideal candidate is
someone who shares our core values of Empowerment, Momentum, and
Impact — someone who takes pride in their work, loves helping
others, and thrives in a positive, goal-driven environment.
Position Overview As a new Sales Professional with Alpine Legacy
Group, you’ll begin with our comprehensive training program — a
blend of online learning, field mentorship, and hands-on experience
in your local territory. You’ll work side-by-side with a dedicated
field trainer who will guide you through everything from
foundational sales strategies to advanced client relationship
skills. No prior sales experience? That’s okay — we’ll train the
right person who brings the right attitude and drive to succeed.
You’ll be responsible for managing your own local territory,
meeting with small to mid-sized business owners to introduce them
to our supplemental insurance programs. You’ll host group
presentations, meet with employees one-on-one, and become a trusted
advisor within your community. Core Responsibilities Develop
relationships with local businesses and professionals through
in-person visits, networking, and referrals. Use our custom
Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and build your
client portfolio. Schedule and conduct meetings with new and
existing clients to understand their insurance needs. Maintain
consistent communication with your team and sales manager through
scheduled calls and meetings. Follow up on referral leads,
reservice existing accounts, and continually grow your book of
business. Set and achieve personal sales goals with the guidance of
your manager. Maintain an organized weekly schedule and submit
activity reports at the end of each workday. Qualifications &
Desired Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you
genuinely enjoy connecting with people. A positive attitude, clear
personal goals, and a drive to exceed expectations. Resilient,
coachable, and resourceful — able to think quickly and adapt in any
situation. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and
a passion for personal growth. Background in competitive sports,
coaching, or leadership roles is a strong plus — many of our top
performers share this experience! Additional Requirements Must pass
a standard pre-employment background check. Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance
Producer license (or willingness to obtain — we provide study
materials and reimburse state licensing fees). Bachelor’s degree or
at least 4 years of post-high-school work experience. Candidates
nearing degree completion or with athletic/sales experience will
also be considered. Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive classroom
and field training program designed for long-term success. Weekly
draw uncapped commissions, plus monthly cash bonuses, quarterly
stock share bonuses, vested renewal commissions, and paid incentive
trips. Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days.
Performance-based promotions — your results determine your growth.
Flexible scheduling based on results, not hours clocked. Ongoing
professional development, advanced sales workshops, and leadership
training. A supportive, high-energy culture built on camaraderie,
friendly competition, and shared success. Apply now to join the
Alpine Legacy Group team and start building your legacy today.
