OXCO, LLC is seeking a strong business development professional to
join our sales team. Proven success of >10% organic growth and
experience in composites, automotive, medical, industrial or
filtration will set you apart from other candidates. This role is
primarily in Fort Mill, SC with the ability to work remote a couple
days / week after initial training NOTICE TO RECRUITERS third party

solutions where appropriate. Be a champion for the team by removing
roadblocks and addressing issues head-on Growth Focus Deliver
revenue growth through the identification, qualification, and
development of new opportunities. This can be within an existing
customer base but must also expand to new customers within target
markets. Develop and maintain an “expert” level of knowledge on the
company’s offerings and options to provide creative, timely and
profitable solutions to the customer while growing your business
Develop a relationship and work in cross-functional manner with
Production and Product Engineering & Supply Chain Teams, providing
solutions and support to the customer Develop, negotiate and close
long-term agreement with accounts Accountable for the overall
success of the assigned territory and clients
Administrative/Internal Reporting Assist in development of sales
forecast and strategic sales targets for the business
Daily/weekly/monthly management of activities, pipelines, forecasts
and closed deals to ensure above-quota results towards targets and
establish mitigation plans if targets are not met Utilize CRM and
other data management systems, including inputting data and
maintaining accurate up-to-date information. Follow all system
policies Prepare price quotes, prepare detailed sample requests,
and execute timely sales orders Other : Must adhere to all company
policies and safety rules Must be able to travel and work extended
hours when required Other duties as assigned Required
Qualifications Education: College degree (4 year) or equivalent
experience Experience: Required: 5 years’ highly successful sales
experience with demonstrated organic growth >10%/year Preferred:
2 years’ related experience in Materials, Nonwoven or Converting
industries and Preferred: 2 years’ related experience in market
sectors of: Filtration, Medical, Industrial, Automotive, Composites
Skills : Track record of exceeding company sales quotas, increase
profits and market share Must be comfortable demonstrating products
and solutions as well as speaking to technical and non-technical
personnel alike Travel expectation is up to ~50% including
overnight travel, must be willing to work flexible schedule.
Computer – ability to extract reports from various systems and use
with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Powerpoint to organize
data into easily understood presentations Mathematical reasoning -
perform mathematical and unit of measurement conversions, knowledge
of common units of materials Attention to detail – accuracy in
entering data and in communicating information with others; ability
to see errors and identify inconsistencies Problem Solving – work
independently and with others to resolve issues Collaboration –
Work effectively with sales team and other personnel to achieve
established outcomes Communication – Excellent verbal and written
communication Multi-tasking – Ability to manage and complete
