Job Description Job Description Huntersville Ford is looking for a Automotive Service Department Coordinator. We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area. What we offer: Free Health Insurance Option Available HSA company match contribution Dental, and Vision Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Insurance 401k options available Paid Vacations and Holiday Pay Employee appreciation celebrations Career advancement opportunities, promote from within Discounts on products and services Family owned and operated Long term job security Responsibilities Schedule service appointments and speak with customers and following up over the phone after each appointment Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries Following up after customers have left and following processes for declined service work, next Appt, and lost customers Send out coupons and other materials Ask for and obtain online reviews Advise customers of maintenance recommendations for their vehicle Confirm scheduled and missed appointments Qualifications Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience) Strong customer service background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Punctual, reliable and eager to improve Clean driving record and valid driver’s license The Krause Auto Group has been in business for over 30 years, and we contribute our longevity to our focus on both customer and employee satisfaction.
