Their state-of-the-art Women and Children's Center offers custom-designed suites for postpartum recovery. Specialized care includes a well-baby nursery and a Special Care Nursery for babies needing medical monitoring, staffed by board-certified neonatologists and equipped with advanced ventilation and isolettes. Pediatric hospitalists affiliated with Levine Children's Hospital are available to ensure comprehensive care. Atrium Health Union emphasizes a family-centered environment, encouraging rooming-in and providing lactation support, along with various childbirth preparation and infant safety classes.
