Job Description Job Details: - Practice Setting: Hospital - Dates of Coverage: Multiple - Call Ratio: The locum will cover 24 hours - Clinical Areas: Adult, Hospital, Gastro - With Onsite Lab & Onsite X-Ray - Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine is not required - Trauma Level/Designation: II - How Many Physicians in the Group: 4 - Documentation System/EMR: Epic Required Procedures: - Colonoscopy - Liver Biopsy - Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry - Esophageal Manometry Interpretation - Lower GI Endoscopy - Sigmoidoscopy Open dates: - 6/9 (7a) - 6/16 (7a) - 7/21 (7a) - 7/28 (7a) - 8/18 (7a) - 8/25 (7a) - 9/1 (7a) - 9/8 (7a) - 11/24 (7a) - 12/1 (7a) Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy), Diagnostic, Therapeutic Submission Requirement: - Board Certified Gastro - REQUIRED - Active SC license - REQUIRED
