The nurse will supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The nurse will also be responsible for ensuring the competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
