care in a cardiovascular operating room setting, applying your
expertise in perioperative nursing to support patient outcomes
during complex cardiac procedures. This contract position requires
skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in the
Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment, emphasizing
precision, teamwork, and patient safety. Responsibilities: Prepare
the CVOR for cardiac surgeries, ensuring all equipment and
instruments are sterile and ready for use. Assist surgeons and
surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures, maintaining a
sterile field. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to
changes throughout the surgical process. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless perioperative care.
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance
with healthcare standards. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience working in
a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). Strong knowledge of cardiac
surgical procedures and perioperative nursing principles. Ability
to remain calm and effective in high-pressure surgical
