Job Description:
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Configures, develops,
administers and supports all components of the ECM solution and
system (currently OnBase); creates and maintains existing scripts
and API integrations, imaging, capture, document/content
management, SharePoint, Workflows, and ESC application solutions
Provides back up for the administration and maintenance of the ECS
Servers (SharePoint and Onbase); includes running software updates
and maintaining back-ups Evaluates and installs ECS hardware and
software; including new versions and solutions Provides backup for
the SharePoint Administrator; installs, configures, and develops
SharePoint environment Assists ECS Manager with the analysis,
assessment, evaluation, and forecast of all company ECS needs and
activities including timing, estimation, data and technical
requirements Assists in the development and delivery of training
solutions for ECS users Assists in the identification and
development of ECS related standards, guidelines and procedures
Occasionally serves as project coordinator on small to medium ECS
implementations Provide Level 2 support for the entire ECS solution
portfolio Prompt and regular attendance is required Job
Requirements: 2 years of Information Services and/or
Content/Document Management experience with at least 1 year being
specifically in imaging, scanning, and hard copy conversion
Demonstrated organizational, analytical and project management
skills Ability to communicate verbally and in writing OnBase, C#,
VB.Net, HTML, CSS, Basic knowledge of SQL Database, and JavaScript
development experience a plus OnBase certifications are a plus;
Preference will be given for OnBase API certification Physical
Requirements: This is an office position that consistently operates
a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a
calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Requires the
ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Educational
Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
