Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 per year A bit about us: We are working with a prominent, nationwide law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their Litigation division in Charlotte! *Salary range will be negotiable based on years of experience* Why join us? Job Details Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of civil and/or business litigation experience able to work independently on cases involving contract, general business disputes, financial services disputes and construction disputes. The ideal candidate should be able to draft pleadings and motions and feel confident going to both state and federal court working solo and as a team on complex litigation cases. Billable hour requirement: 1800/year Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school Active North Carolina bar license required; South Carolina bar license preferred Minimum 3 years of civil and/or business litigation experience Strong technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and practice management systems, portals and technologies Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet Project management & organizational skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines Interested in hearing more?
